Paris, the city of love

Paris is the city of love and the city of light. For a romantic stroll, stroll in Montmartre, visit the Luxembourg gardens, have dinner in front of the Eiffel tower with a good glass of wine. Walking in Paris

Paris is known as one of Europe's greatest cities. It is the world centre of art, fashion, gastronomy and culture. Its landscape is criss-crossed by wide boulevards and the Seine. Nothing beats a romantic stroll hand in hand through the most beautiful districts of Paris. Montmartre and the Marais

In the north of Paris, Montmartre is a charming little village that attracts visitors from all over the world. Couples love to lose themselves in its bohemian streets that lead up the stairs of the Butte to the Basilique du Sacré-Coeur (also accessible by the Petit Train de Montmartre). They can take a ride on the pretty Place des Abbesses. It is on this same square that you can admire the famous "I love you" wall. Designed by Frédéric Baron and Claire Kito, this famous mosaic shows an "I love you" in 280 different languages.

The Marais is located in the centre of the capital. It is both a trendy and historic district. Lovers will be won over by its narrow streets, its private mansions, its ancient monuments and museums. The sumptuous Place des Vosges, its arcades which house the House of Victor Hugo and the Square Louis XIII in its centre. A romantic must-see.

The incredible view of Paris

A visit to the third floor of the Eiffel Tower for a panoramic view of all of Paris is not to be missed. The view from the square in front of the Sacré-Coeur Basilica, at the top of the Montmartre hill. You will not lack ideas for your romantic stroll.

Lovers in search of new discoveries can also go to the Belleville hill to admire a unique panorama. Sit back and contemplate the lights of the city.

And don't forget the glass escalators at the Pompidou Centre, which offer one of the most beautiful views of Paris. On arrival, you can extend the pleasure by having a drink at Georges Cinq, the restaurant located on the terrace on the top floor of the museum. Finally, the 56th floor of the Montparnasse Tower, 210 metres high, dominates the capital and offers a breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower and the rest of Paris.
